    19. Update on System Performance Issues & Video Processing Delays

      We wanted to provide an update on the ongoing performance issues currently affecting Supervision Assist. We received our first errors this on Monday morning at 8 am PST, and have been working tirelessly to investigating and working to resolve these problems. Our work is still ongoing. 

      While we work through these issues, you may experience slow site performance and "502 Bad Gateway Errors" which will require a refresh. Live Session servers will function normally, but there may be errors in processing recordings for playback within Supervision Assist until the issue is fixed. 

      We understand how disruptive this can be, especially during busy periods, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that restoring full functionality and stability remains our top priority. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.
